Following a full gut renovation by a local contractor, JAW was brought in to furnish and reimagine this historic Chagrin Falls home with the warmth, character, and personality it was missing. While the renovation introduced modern amenities and functionality, the home lacked the timeless charm that makes historic properties feel special.

To bring depth and soul back into the space, we added custom millwork and crown molding throughout, updated lighting, repainted select spaces, and fully furnished the main living areas and primary suite. The result is a layered, inviting home that balances modern living with classic character and elevated comfort.
